Philip A. Oliveira has been named executive director at the Printing Industry of Rhode Island (PIRI). He has experience in graphic design, print production and marketing and was formerly employed as production manager at CollegeLink.com in Middletown. Oliveira earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in art history/art education from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a MA in health care administration from Framingham State College. He resides in Barrington with his wife and daughter.
