PROVIDENCE – As resolutions already begin to sag and slip by the wayside, the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (PWCVB) hopes to help. On Thursday, January 26, the PWCVB will conduct a day of education aimed at sharpening professionals’ sales, technology and customer service skills.
“Resolutions 2012” will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center from 9 a.m. to
5 p.m. and features both national and local experts. The day will be divided between three general sessions and a series of break-out sessions that delve into greater depth on the same topics.
