Quantum Bridge wins optical telecom pact in Ohio

ANDOVER – Quantum Bridge Communications, Inc. was reported to have reached agreement with a suburban Cincinnati company to link several government buildings, businesses and Miami (Ohio) University with an optical telecommunications network. Terms of the contract were not disclosed, but the Boston Globe reported that Quantum Bridge would be supplying the network and customer premises equipment for a fiber optic network being built over the next year by Normap Telecommunications connecting several Miami campuses, county buildings and business customers.
