How do you encourage employee engagement? Biweekly lunch and learns, annual corporate parties.
How do you support professional development and job training for your employees? We make sure all our employees are regularly trained, so we are always on the lookout for workshops and training programs that we feel can be beneficial to our employees’ professional development. We partner with organizations [such as] the STEP Program at Bryant University and the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association, who regularly organize such events.
