Stephen Milstein of Seekonk recently joined Rooney, Plotkin & Willey, LLP, as a supervisor in the tax department. He had been an attorney in private practice in Boston and Canton, Mass. Milstein is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and he received his JD and LLM in taxation from Boston University School of Law.
