Stephen R. Woods has been named executive vice president and regional director for mid-corporate banking in the eastern region at Citizens Financial Group Inc. He leads the division’s activities throughout New England and the mid-Atlantic states. He has 25 years’ commercial banking experience and was recently district president of KeyCorp in Maine, where he directed retail, commercial and private banking activities.
