PROVIDENCE – Webster Bank recently donated $10,000 to United Way of Rhode Island, according to a news release.
The donation was part of a previously announced $100,000 commitment to United Way COVID-19 Relief Funds in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York under its Frontline Heroes program.
In addition to donations, Webster Bank, based in Waterbury, Conn., has committed to additional financial benefits for front-line health care workers and first responders.
