Wickford-based MarketModels acquired by Chicago’s PRIMIS

MarketModels, a provider of analytics, modeling and data integration solutions headquartered in Wickford, was acquired by Chicago-based PRIMIS Marketing Group, the company announced on Monday.
“We are excited about the synergies that being part of the PRIMIS Marketing Group offers,” said Brad Mitchell, president and general manager of MarketModels. “With the added capabilities of AccuData America and Hypos360, we now offer clients a complete suite of services that help them to leverage the data that delivers critical insights into their customers and prospects, and supports comprehensive, closed-loop marketing processes for both existing customer retention and new customer acquisition,” he said.
