William F. Dunphy was promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer/financial officer of Pawtucket-based Mercury Print & Mail. He was previously the company’s CFO and oversaw accounting and information technology. In his new role, he’ll also oversee printing, mailing and fulfillment operations. Dunphy is a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Mass., and lives in Attleboro and West Harwich, Mass.
