Best Places To Work is a survey competition conducted by Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying and recognizing great places to work based on progressive human resources policies as well as engaged and satisfied employees.

The assessment consists of 2 surveys, an employer survey on benefits and policies, and an employee survey based on engagement and satisfaction.
Participants may include for-profit, nonprofit or government entities, privately or publicly held businesses with a facility in the Rhode Island or Bristol County, Mass. Companies must have 15 or more permanent employees and must have been in business for a minimum of one year.
Applicants will be required to pay a scaled fee based on the number of employees surveyed to have the surveys processed and scored. More information of the application can be found here.
