Providence Geeks to feature Batchbook

PROVIDENCE – The April Providence Geek Dinner will feature Batchbook, a Providence firm that helps small companies track their contacts, win deals and grow their businesses. The dinner will be held Wednesday, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., at AS220, 115 Empire St. The event is free; food and drinks can be purchased.

Batchbook, which was founded in 2006, has played a “key role” in pioneering social CRM – customer relationship management.
Its founder and CEO, Pamela O’Hara, and founding member and vice president of strategy, Keri Calhoun, will give an overview of the company, and discuss where it is headed next.
