What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We do many activities with our staff. Some of them include go-cart racing and axe throwing, a barbecue and cornhole tournament at the office, bowling at BreakTime Bowl and Bar, holding an annual golf event at Lake of Isles Golf Course and treat staff to Bruins or Celtics games at TD Garden.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? A group of smart, hardworking professionals committed to their work that enjoy having a good time in and out of work.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We reinforce the importance of eating healthy and staying active. For example, we support employees and their families to participate in local 5Ks supporting the R.I. State Police and local disabled military veterans. In addition, there’s a walk-at-lunch initiative to get fresh air and exercise.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We have rolled out an updated health plan keeping expenses the same for employees. Also, we have rolled out a Norton LifeLock subscription for each employee and their families.
