BBRI partners with TechACCESS

PROVIDENCE – The R.I. Economic Development Corporation’s Broadband Rhode Island initiative is partnering with Tech ACCESS RI in order to help bring digital literacy training to all Rhode Islanders.

“Through its mission to serve all Rhode Islanders, it became clear early on that Broadband RI needed to partner with an organization that could assist in helping to bring digital literacy training to all citizens,” said a BBRI news release.

Through its partnership with TechACCESS RI, BBRI has enhanced its digital literacy curriculum to meet the needs of all Rhode Islanders regardless of age, language or disability.

TechAccess was established to help provide assistive technology services to people with disabilities. It offers programs and services to assistive technology users, families, education and therapeutic professionals and businesses, among others.
