How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have instituted some hybrid work-from-home programs, company events, advanced training and new technology such as artificial intelligence. This has helped to invigorate the staff.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have a mind/body/spirit emphasis on just about everything. We have a Discord chat set up to encourage each other. We incorporate it into our booking and training sessions and generally applaud good health.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We promote almost exclusively from within. Every agent and staff member has started with the same training and progressed through the ranks based on merit and results.
