Charles W. Normand has been named partner at Robinson & Cole LLP. He will work in the Health Law Practice Group in the firm’s Providence office. Normand was previously an attorney at Normand Law Ltd., and has experience representing local and national health care providers in transactional, regulatory, compliance and related matters.
