Debra Cornish has been promoted to director of human resources for New England and Cleveland at Cox Communications. Cornish has been with Cox Communications since 2008, and most recently served as senior human resources manager. Previously, she has held senior-level human resources positions at Lifestream Inc. and Citizens Bank, and has additional experience in accounting and finance. •
