Jason A. Costa has been appointed vice president and commercial lender for The Washington Trust Co. He has more than 15 years of experience in commercial banking, primarily working with distributors, manufacturers, medical practices and professional-service firms. Costa comes to Washington Trust from Citizens Financial Group. He holds a B.S. from Providence College and an MBA from Boston University. •
