Cheryl A. Senerchia, has been promoted to director of community investment for Citizens Bank. Senerchia previously served director of Community Reinvestment Act administration in the regulatory risk department. Senerchia will be responsible for Citizens’ community-investment program. She has a B.S. in special education and elementary education from Rhode Island College and an MBA from Bryant University. •
