Matthew Stark has been named to the board of trustees at the Providence Center. He brings a history of public service to the board and specializes in government affairs, legislation, policy development and health care. As director of policy and legislative affairs for the city of Providence since 2008, Stark oversees government affairs at the local and federal level. He has a B.A. in English from the University of Rhode Island. •
