Roger T. Nolan has been appointed a member of the board of trustees for OceanPoint Financial Partners MHC. He is a recently retired rear admiral in the Navy Reserve. He is also co-founder of Aquidneck Management Associates Ltd. in 1981. Nolan currently serves as executive director of the Naval War College Foundation. •
