Keith Demty has joined Cornerstone Group as vice president of major accounts and actuarial services. Demty previously served as chief underwriter at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Demty will advise employer groups with 100 or more employees on how to control health care benefit costs through plan design, risk assessment, funding arrangements and carrier negotiations. He has a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Rhode Island. •
