Patricia A. M. Vinci has been named director of the Rhode Island Volunteer Guard-ianship Program (VGP). She will oversee the recruitment and training of volunteer guardians and she is responsible for coordinating the services of pro bono attorneys. She has a B.A. from Rhode Island College and a J.D. from Boston College School of Law. •
