Wendi B. DeClercq has been named assistant to the executive director of HousingWorks RI. She worked for nearly 19 years as a legislative aide in Massachusetts for former State Rep. Philip Travis, where she managed constituent affairs and coordinated with local, state and federal officials. Prior to joining HousingWorks RI, DeClercq served as office manager at Clarendon Group for two years. •
