Jeffrey M. Liguori has been named vice president and investment officer of the wealth management division at Washington Trust. Previously, he served as a portfolio manager and analyst for a $1 billion family foundation, as well as a senior institutional trader and director of institutional sales and trading for two Bostonbased investment banks. He has a B.A. from Boston College. •
