Richard Pacheco has been named vice president of human resources at Swarovski North America. In his new role, Pacheco will be responsible for all human resources activities for North America. Richard brings 30 years of domestic and international human resource experience. Previously, he held positions at Alcan Packaging, Urban Brands, Bertelsmann A.G. and LVMH. He has a B.A. from Providence College and an MBA from Wilmington College •
