Ed Vazquez has been named information technology manager at Westerly Community Credit Union. Vazquez will be responsible for network programs and all computer and telephone systems. Previously, he was a network administrator at Cranston Print Works. He has a B.A. in computer information systems from Husson College and an M.A. in technology management from the University of Phoenix. •
