John Bove has been named sous chef at Trio restaurant. Prior to his new position, he worked at 22 Bowen’s Wine Bar & Grille and the Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar, including a stint as garde manager. He was also a line cook for the New England Patriots’ Players Club Catering at Gillette Stadium and a member of the Blackstone Caterers team at the 2006 U.S. Women’s Open at the Newport Country Club. •
