Manuel J. Silva, market manager in dealer financial services, has been promoted to senior vice president at Citizens Bank. He most recently was vice president in the same position. In his new role, Silva is responsible for managing existing relationships and cultivating new customers throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Providence College.
