Richard Voccio Jr. has joined the United Way of Rhode Island as chief financial officer. He was previously the CFO of the Newport County Chapter RIARC in Middletown. Voccio also was business manager at the ARC of Northern Bristol County in Attleboro. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance/business management and an M.B.A. from Providence College.
