Everett J. Sutherland has joined Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as vice president for information technology. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the field, serving as director of information technology systems integration at MediaOne and as chief technology officer at LSI Market Intelligence. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and has a master’s degree in engineering from George Washington University.
