Greg Kirwan, Citizens Bank senior vice president, has been appointed director of retail banking for Citizens Bank of Connecticut. He most recently was senior vice president/regional manager in retail banking for Citizens Bank of Rhode Island’s Southern region. Kirwan has an M.B.A. in management from Golden Gate University. He currently serves as president of the Narragansett Lions Club.
