Russell E. Towers has been elected president of the R.I. Society of Financial Service Professionals. He is vice president of business and estate planning at Brokers’ Service Marketing Group in Providence. He is a member of the R.I. Bar Association and has chartered life underwriter and chartered financial consultant designations. Towers is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
