David L. Rousseau has been appointed director of cancer information systems at the Hospital Association of Rhode Island and will oversee daily operations of the Rhode Island statewide cancer registry. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in central and hospital cancer operations and previously worked for the Massachusetts Cancer Registry.
