After falling for four consecutive weeks, gasoline prices in Rhode Island are unchanged this week, according to AAA Southern New England.
AAA’s June 6 survey of prices in Rhode Island found self serve, regular unleaded averaging $2.129 per gallon, the same price as last week. One year ago the price was also $2.129, which at that time was the highest price ever recorded locally by AAA. Prices this year peaked at $2.229 on May 2.
