William K. Wray Sr., chief information officer for Citizens Financial Group Inc., has been promoted to group executive vice president of Citizens Services Group. He most recently was executive vice president and chief information officer of Citizens Services Group. He is a member of the executive management team at Citizens. Wray joined the bank in 1993 as a vice president in credit administration. He is a member of the board of directors of Amos House, the Providence Performing Arts Center and the Greater Providence YMCA. He received a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., and his master’s degree from Stanford University. Wray and his family live in North Kingstown.
