Thomas K. Westort has been named an attorney at Adler Pollock & Sheehan’s Providence office. He practices in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and venture financing, and early stage companies. He previously worked in the Boston firm Ropes & Gray. Westort has advised clients in aspects of debt and equity financing, corporate governance, acquisition and disposition transactions and public bond finance. He is a licensed CPA, admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
