Bodenmann joined St. Luke’s Health System in 1994 as senior vice president and CFO and took that position for Southcoast upon the merger of Charlton Memorial, St. Luke’s and Tobey hospitals in 1996, which formed the current hospitals group. Prior to that, she was director of finance at Children’s Hospital in Boston, and was also an advocate for child health issues and more reimbursements for child health.
Southcoast is conducting a national search for a new chief financial officer, which the hospitals group said is expected to take several months. Millen recently accepted a position as chief operating officer of Ohio Health, based in Columbus.

The award recognizes teams that excel in technical development, cost efficiency and increased business opportunities for small, disadvantaged companies.
The award is named in honor of former Sen. Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry.
This is the 10th time that Raytheon has received the award since 1995, when it was established. Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems received the award for its work with MIRATEK Corp. in El Paso, Texas, a co-recipient of the award.
Under sponsor National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Raytheon helped MIRATEK upgrade its technical and business abilities so it could increase its presence as a government subcontractor and supplier.
