Paul Harley has joined Providence-based Moses & Afonso Ltd. as an
associate. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and business
law, and trust and estate issues. Harley is a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts
and New Hampshire State Bars. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College
and his law degree from The Villanova University School of Law in Pennsylvania.
