Carol Welsham has been designated vice president/senior project manager in
product support administration of Citizens Bank. She joined the bank
in 2002 as a project manager. Welsham is a member of the R.I. Chapter of the
Project Management Institute. She holds the project management professional
certification. Welsham volunteers for the R.I. Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis
Society. She lives in Exeter.
