Sal Carbone has been promoted to director of single-family home construction for Picerne Real Estate Group in Warwick. He is responsible for the coordination, design, scheduling and construction of all single-family homes in Rhode Island. Carbone joined the company in 1993 as project manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Lowell in Massachusetts. Carbone lives in Cranston.
