Stephen J. Gibbons has been named commercial real estate department head for Bank Rhode Island. He has been instrumental in developing the bank’s construction loan products and has helped grow the bank’s current real estate loan portfolio to more than $100 million. An active member of the Greater Cranston Chamber of Commerce, Gibbons is also a member of the board of directors of Cranston West Little League and a member of the Rhode Island Builders Association. He lives in Cranston.
