Deborah O’Brien has been named director of quality improvement for The Providence Center. Her duties include directing and coordinating center quality improvement and utilization management programs, including preparing and positioning the organization to maintain accreditation and licensing standards. She also directs the health information services and transcription. O’Brien is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
