Idela Wilson of Providence was recently hired as call center manager for Pawtucket Credit Union. She had worked in the call center as service manager with Sovereign Bank. She is responsible for staff recruitment and training, and meeting the needs of the credit union’s membership base through call center expansion. A member of the Urban League of R.I., she is actively involved with the Olney Street Baptist Church.
