Laureen Dufficy, vice president has been appointed branch manager at Washington Trust’s Wakefield office on Kingstown Road. She was formerly employed as small business lender and branch manager at Fleet Bank. She joined Washington Trust in 2000 as vice president and branch manager of the Charlestown office. Dufficy received her associate’s degree in business administration from the Community College of Rhode Island in Warwick and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Rhode Island. She resides in Wakefield.
