Teradyne partners with E&M Engineering

BEDFORD, Mass. (BUSINESS WIRE) — Teradyne’s Integra Test Division announced that
E&M Engineering, based in Israel, is offering J750 test programming services
to fabless companies in Israel. E&M Engineering represents Teradyne in Israel
and specializes in testing. E&M currently have a J750 installed at their facility,
configured with several system options including the full set of analog instrumentation
for high parallel mixed-signal testing. The J750’s small footprint and high parallel
test capabilities makes it ideal for the fabless and subcontractor test market.
