Patrick L. LeBeau, CFP, has been appointed regional vice president at Citizens Financial Services, Inc. (CFSI) His responsibilities will include the retail investment program for CFSI in the Rhode Island and Connecticut banks. He also heads the fixed income/money management group based in Newport. Previously he was vice president in CFSI’s private client group in Manchester, New Hampshire. LeBeau is a graduate of Kennedy-Western University in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He is a certified financial planner and an associate member of the Association of Investment Management Research and a member of the Providence Financial Analyst Society. He resides in Cranston.
