SEA CORP awarded Navy contract

SEA CORP of Middletown, has won a five-year, $40 million contract from the Naval Undersea Warfare Center to provide engineering and technical services for SEAWOLF and other new attack submarine programs. SEAWOLF is the newest operational class of Navy attack nuclear submarines. The work spans through system level testing, on all propulsion electronic systems.

“This contract will continue a trend of steady growth over the past decade despite a decline in defense budgets,” said Brian Gilligan, SEA CORP’s president.
