Lee Ann Ferraro has joined Willmott & Associates, Inc. as senior consultant. She will work at the human resource consulting firm’s Cranston office. A specialist in employee retention plans and career paths, she will be responsible for contract and permanent placement services. Ferraro is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor of science in human science and services. She is a resident of North Kingstown.
