Donna M. Gregson has been promoted to first vice president of retail services at Pawtucket Credit Union (PCU). Her responsibilities will include the retail sales and services provided at the credit union’s nine branch locations as well as through the On the Job Banking Program. She is also responsible for the operations department, which processes checking accounts, ATM, debit card, direct deposit and other automated transactions. Gregson previously was vice president of retail sales at the credit union since 1994. She came to PCU from Fairlawn Credit Union after the merger of the two credit union. She is a member of PCU’s asset/liability management and budget committees and is a director at the Children’s Shelter of Blackstone Valley. She resides in Providence with her husband Donald and their daughter Ashley.
