Adelita S. Orefice has been named to the board of directors of the Rhode Island Quality Institute. She currently serves as the deputy secretary for the Executive Office of Health and Human Services for the State of Rhode Island and is responsible for five cabinet-level departments: Human Services; Health; Children, Youth and Families; Mental Health, Retardation and Hospitals; and Elderly Affairs. •
